Successful, worldly retirees across the United States created a new standard in living conditions, activity and discreet care. The Vi target was far more tech savvy than most people would imagine, so we knew it would be important to develop a warm, inviting space that seamlessly integrated technology to educate and sell them on the community. At every part of a prospect’s journey, from reception through the final sale, technology played an integral part in their interaction with Vi, including real-time tablet-based tools for the sales team that allowed searching and updating of available units so that no one lost out on the unit they wanted to be their next home.
The results were amazing for Vi at Bentley Village: 2014 sales numbers were the best recorded ever and pre-sale goals were exceeded by 16%. The new Welcome Center design and technology will be rolled out to remaining Vi communities nationwide.
